Image Within Support

Image Within brings 64 image cards and 12 guided activities together for reflection and conversation. Explore on your own, with someone close to you, or in the conversations you guide.

Begin with an image

Choose Explore the cards. Open an image that draws your attention, or choose Draw a card. Place up to three images on My table.

For guidance, open Find a guided activity. Choose For myself or Together with someone, then a subject to explore. The app suggests two activities. All 12 activities opens the full list. Your audience choice also shapes the guided questions.

Each activity helps you choose images, explore their meaning and bring your reflection to a close. On your table, Table options contains additional viewing and editing controls. Tap an image to enlarge it.

Prepare a selection or your own activity

Beside an open image, choose Save to my selection. My selection above the card grid shows these favourites. Select All cards to browse the full collection again. Your selection is saved on this device.

In the activities section, create an activity with your own title, one to three card prompts, reflection questions and a closing question. Save it to reuse it later. Your questions remain on your device. A saved moment retains the version of an activity used for that moment.

My moments

Choose Save moment on your table, add a title and your own words, then confirm. Going back from the save screen keeps your draft for the same table while the app stays open. Saving happens when you choose it.

Use My moments to search, mark favourites, reopen a table or compare two moments. After changing a reopened table, save a new moment to keep both versions or update the existing moment. A new session keeps the moments you saved.

When subscription access ends, you can still view and export your saved moments. Starting a new activity, editing a live table or exploring the full collection requires active access. Exported files remain wherever you saved them.

Back up your moments

In My moments, create a moments backup. Keep the JSON file somewhere private: it contains the words, notes and activity information you saved. Choose the restore option to import a backup into Image Within. A valid backup adds saved moments without overwriting the archive already on the device.

This backup covers saved moments and the activity snapshots inside them. It does not include your separate card selection, unused activity templates or an unfinished session. A PNG or PDF is a separate readable file, not an editable backup.

There is no automatic cloud sync. Uninstalling the app or clearing app storage can remove local moments. Keep a current backup before changing devices or removing the app.

Make something to keep or share

Open a card and choose Make a postcard. Add a heading and message, check the preview and save a PNG or PDF. From your table, choose Save or share PNG / PDF for a combined overview. You choose the sharing app and recipient. The recipient can save the file without having Image Within.

Share images during a conversation

On Mac, open the separate client window. Share Image Within · Client view in Teams, Meet or Zoom and keep the controls and guidance on your own screen. Show your table, one card or 4, 6 or 12 numbered cards per page. Choose 4 when someone is watching on a phone. They name a number; you open that image.

Pause the image leaves the window green and empty. Resume the image restores the last shared view. Closing and reopening the window starts with an empty view; resume explicitly when you are ready.

On a phone or tablet, choose Present on this screen. Your images appear on the same screen, with Back and Pause/Resume controls. Switching to another app pauses the images. On return, choose Resume once access is confirmed. Use your video-call app to share this screen.

Image Within does not start a call, share your screen or make recordings. Other participants do not need the app to view your shared images.

Subscription and trial

Choose monthly or yearly access. Euro prices are €5.99 per month and €49.99 per year; your store displays the actual local price before confirmation. An eligible 7-day free trial is available where offered by the store. After the trial, the selected subscription is charged and renews automatically unless you cancel through your store account. Confirm the price, duration and trial terms shown by your store.

Manage or cancel through your store's subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore access using the same store account. Apple and Google purchases do not transfer between those stores.

Previously purchased lifetime access remains valid. An earlier standalone seven-day trial does not authorise recurring payments and is not automatically converted into a subscription.

Active membership includes the available collection and a new expansion every quarter. New expansions become available when released.

Offline access and privacy

Included images, fonts and activities are stored in the installation. They work offline while access is valid. Purchases, restoration and access checks need internet. If access cannot be confirmed, follow the message in the app and reconnect.

Your current unsaved table is held in memory. Choose Save moment before closing to keep it. Saved moments, custom activities and card favourites remain on your device. Card choices and personal words are not sent to RevenueCat or used for session analytics. The store and RevenueCat process purchase information to check and restore access.
